You’ll find older homes concentrated in areas like Los Serranos and Sleepy Hollow, while newer tracts are typically located at the south end of the city. While single-family homes are dominant, there’s also a smaller share of townhomes, condos, and apartments, offering a range of housing options for different needs.
The convenience of the 71 freeway running along our eastern edge, with links to the 60 to the north and the 91 to the south, makes commuting and exploring Southern California quite accessible. Even Carbon Canyon Road (SR 142) offers a scenic drive west to Brea.
