This website, realtorduri.com (the “Site”), is operated by Duri Hussain, a California licensed real estate salesperson (DRE# 02234095) with Real Brokerage Technologies (DRE# 02022092). This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.
Information you give us
When you send a message, request a tour, ask for a home value estimate, or contact us in any other way, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, the property or area you are interested in, and anything you write in your message. Providing your phone number is optional.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the searches you run. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site; Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data under Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The Site may also use advertising measurement tags (for example Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand which ads bring visitors to the Site. These tags do not collect your name or contact details unless you submit a form.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and provide real estate services, including scheduling showings, sending listing information and preparing home value estimates.
- To follow up with you about your request by phone, text message or email, with your consent (see below).
- To keep records of our communications in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can serve you consistently.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with California Department of Real Estate record-keeping and other legal obligations.
Text messages and calls
If you provide a phone number and submit a form, you agree that Duri Hussain may call or text you about your request at that number, including through automated dialing or texting systems. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time. We do not sell or share your phone number for other companies’ marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who help us run the Site and our business (web hosting, email and text-message delivery, analytics, CRM software), who may use it only to provide those services; our brokerage, Real Brokerage Technologies, as required for transaction supervision and compliance; other parties to a real estate transaction (for example escrow, title, lenders or the other side’s agent) when you ask us to represent you; and government authorities when required by law or to protect legal rights.
MLS listing data
Listing information on the Site comes from the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) Internet Data Exchange program and other sources believed reliable but not guaranteed. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to identify properties you may be interested in purchasing. Saved searches or searches you run on the Site are not shared with listing agents.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, to remember preferences (such as which banner video you have seen) and to keep forms working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet California real estate record-keeping requirements (generally at least three years after a transaction). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected about them, ask us to correct or delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements), and opt out of marketing communications at any time. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party sites such as Zillow, Google Maps and lender or vendor websites. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version will always be posted at this address.
